Information about our Return Policy

Special or personalized orders are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.

The buyer is responsible for the costs that he incurs with returning his / her order. The buyer is responsible for preparing and sending the products to be returned. If it concerns a return within the trial period, no contact is needed with us. We advise every buyer who wants to return his product (s) to choose a safe shipping method.The return shipment is at the buyer’s own risk.

Unless stated otherwise, the buyer has the right to terminate the agreement and to return his / her order during a trial period of 14 days after receiving the order without stating the reason for his / her termination. The buyer is liable for the depreciation of the products, which is the result of use that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, the characteristics and the operation of the goods. In that case, we may settle this depreciation with the amount to be refunded. To ensure that the product arrives safely and completely with us, we ask you to return the product to us as far as possible in its original condition and packaging. This also helps us to process your return as quickly as possible.

The buyer must return the ordered product to us no later than 14 days after the notification of his / her wish to terminate the agreement.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of his / her order and bears all risks associated with the return shipment and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal. We advise the buyer to return an insured product in a sealed package. If an insured return shipment is missing or damaged or if the receipt of a return shipment is denied (for example, if the carrier cannot show a valid signature), the buyer can hold the carrier liable. As the sender of the return shipment, the buyer can start the complaints procedure for any problem that may occur with the return shipment. The buyer must keep the (official, digital) receipt with track & trace information of his / her return shipment.

Provided that all requirements for withdrawal are met, we will credit the buyer as soon as reasonably possible and in any case within 30 days after receiving the return shipment (no credit will be paid for the costs of return shipment). A credit due as a result of returning a product is credited to the account that the buyer used to pay for the original order.If the buyer wants to make use of his / her right to terminate the agreement or wants to cancel his / her order while the buyer’s order has already left us – even if the order has not yet arrived at the delivery address chosen by the buyer – the costs for return to us will be borne by the buyer.If import taxes, duties or (administrative) customs fees are due because the shipment has been imported into the delivery country chosen by the buyer (a process that usually cannot be stopped from the time the package is on its way to the buyer’s selected country), these costs are borne by the buyer. Upon crediting the buyer, we will deduct the import taxes, levies and / or (administrative) customs costs insofar as they have been charged to us (as the sender of the package).
